The challenge
Sony Rewards had outgrown their incumbent technology. They aspired to revolutionize the rewards and loyalty experience forever by creating more ways to reward members for doing the things they love. Sony Rewards required the right strategy and partnership to achieve their vision.

The vision
To strengthen brand relationships, Sony needed to empower members with exclusive access to their favorite Sony artists and entertainment through their smartphone. Employing the latest mobile technology our team developed an evolutionary engaging and immersive rewards experience.

Communicating the vision — User personas, feature & functionality mapping, prioritization studies and visual member narratives effectively communicated the future-state vision enabled alignment of stakeholders to a unified vision of success.
The process
Agile design process enabled rapid test and learn cycles. High-fidelity interactive prototype sprints were designed in Adobe XD and built in InVision. Validation testing performed through Validately.
